Why was I allowed to place an order for an item that was out of stock?

While we do our best to keep our inventory numbers up to date, we use several systems and platforms that work together to deliver you the online Windsor shopping experience.  Sometimes there is a delay in the systems communicating and updating with one another, which may be why it showed there was available inventory when you place your online order.
