Can I extend my return window?

You can extend the window of time to request a return for orders placed using net terms for an additional 3% fee. Orders placed on payment on shipment are not eligible for return window extensions. The option to extend is only available until your return window closes.

How to extend your return window

To extend your return due date, follow the steps below:

1. Under your Account dropdown located in the top right corner, select Orders and scroll to the order you'd like to extend.

2. Under the product images you will see the date your returns are eligible until and the option to Extend Return Date.

3. By clicking on Extend Return Date, a pop-up window will surface where you can confirm the additional 3% fee that will be added to your order. If all looks good, select Extend.
