Windsor Store Return Policy

• Purchases made in US Windsor stores can only be returned/exchanged in US Windsor stores.

• Purchases made in US Windsor stores cannot be returned to the online store or to our stores in Puerto Rico and Canada.

• Eligible products may be returned for a full refund issued in the original form of payment within 14 days of purchase.

• For a product to be eligible for return or exchange, you must have receipt, tags attached and no signs of wear.

• Within 30 days of purchase, merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

• Special occasion and formal dresses purchased in store are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Products purchased as final sale/clearance or discounted through a promotion are not eligible for return.

• Fashion tape, adhesive bras, adhesive panties, pasties, jewelry, lashes, lash glue, face gems, swimwear, bag charms, fragrances, hem tape and lingerie cannot be returned.

• For items with a gift receipt, an exchange or gift card credit will be issued at the current selling price.  No cash back.

• Gift cards must be present at the time of purchase and are not redeemable for cash.
