Why can I return a special occasion or formal dress I purchased online, but not one purchased at a Windsor retail location?

We know how important this event is for you and want to do our part to make it special! You are able to return special occasion/formal dresses purchased online because you did not have a chance to try it on to see how it fit.  Whereas purchases made at retail location you have the option to try the dresses on in store.  For more information, click HERE.
